About me

Hi!

My name is Darius Javadian, but most people know me as Jav, which explains the very inventive blog name.

I’m based in Warwickshire, England, and I’ve worked in IT for nearly 14 years. I started my career as an apprentice at Coventry Building Society, where I spent just over 10 years working across seven different roles. That gave me a broad grounding in enterprise IT, support, infrastructure, and end-user technology.

I then moved to Nationwide Building Society, initially as an Infrastructure Lead, working on the deployment and integration of Microsoft Intune. I later moved into an EUS Architect role, focusing mainly on Windows 365, Intune, and modern endpoint management.

After nearly four years at Nationwide, I joined Microsoft as a Cloud Solution Architect, focusing on Copilot, AI, and endpoints.

This blog is where I share practical lessons, technical notes, and real-world experiences from working with Microsoft endpoint technologies. My aim is to keep things useful, direct, and grounded in problems people actually face in enterprise environments.

If you’d like to say hello or if one of my posts was particularly useful, you can reach out on LinkedIn.

Cheers, Jav!
